please help me in installing the trial photoshop CS4, I've vista laptop

and I've recieved this messege

also I've tried MS installer cleaner utlilty , and CS4 cleaner script , but alos not solved the issue

aslo please find the log file in attachment

Without reading all the log file, one question to be asked is:

Does your laptop meet the system requirements for CS4?

You don't tell us anything about it!

It appears to be a Middle Eastern version; did you get it from a legitimate source?

It is possible that it isn't a legit copy, i had the same error after purchasing same from e-bay never a good idea to cut corners to save money on software!

No, the trial isnt fake, but it really wouldnt suppirse me if it does it after you try to install that because some of it may have installed correctly still, and is messing around with the leagal version. Also, if you are trying to crack the trial with the keygen, it could reproduce the problem.

You laptop is either not good enough, or the copy has been rapped so much that it doesn't work anymore and is messing you around.

well you can look for anything in program files about it and delete it. also check in control panels add/remove programs just to make sure it didnt install. basically, remove all traces of it ever existing ans strart again with a LEGAL COPY!!!!!

i've just done that by unistalling  and using  widnows installer cleaner and CS4 clean script  even I've cleaned the registary ,but still the same message

Must be a hardware in-compatability that Photoshop isnt even going to try to work with for whatever reason.

it's not ,mine is over qulaified than what adobe required to run the software , please if you don't know the answer simply don't reply , to let the experts find out the reasons

No, your talking about hardware sufficencey. Im talking about hardware compatability. Have you checked that your graphics card is supported by the program? And any other hardware.

Another cause can be missing files. But you shouldn't get that with the trial download. the error is coming directly from Photoshop, not the computer, which i would presume means photoshop has been told what to do in that situation exactly. When do you get the error anyway? does it seem to install then tell you about it, or does it come up straight away, or somewhere in between?

Also, language / version incompatability could be a cuase. "AdobeTypeSupport9-mul.boot.xml" < that just sounds like it could be talking about an issue like that considering it is everywhere in that text, just different names.

nothing mentioned in the graphic card details about photoshop

I get the messeger after I click the setup file , before starting the installation procces

it's middle eastren version , because I'm looking to design in English and Arabic

Since you tried to install using a keygen I would suspect that the keygen has installed something in the hive that the CS4 removal tool cannot locate. Same for windows cleanup tool. Then when you try to install the CS4 trial download it is detecting the hidden value in the hive thus not loading.

Further reading:

Logged in a user not admin

UserLanguageID is set to English

SystemLanguageID is set to Arabic (U.A.E.)

Defaultlanguage for the adobe product shows US-EN  but also shows set in conflict (Middle Eastern Version) Can't be both

Also it shows trying to load something to F drive 3 times but there is no F drive to load to (not sure what that is about)

only 32 bit is trying to load. There is no 64 bit. Trying to load 64 bit English language pack. Fail.

Ask for your money back.
