Question

Internet conection stops in the moment I open photoshop

Hi everyone,

Everytime I open photoshop I can not access internet anymore....Then I have to restart my laptop in order  have internet again.

 

This is very bad for me because I use it in my online courses....

 

Did anybody had the same problem?

 

If it helps I tryed uninstalling my antivirus and my laptop is a MSI PS63

Try this

I suggest you unistall Photoshop again, using the drop-down menu in the Creative Cloud app,  and then run Adobe Cleaner before reinstalling Photoshop again.

It's a strange phenomenon.

Two things to try:

Reset the Photoshop preferences, which you can do under the General tab in Photoshop preferences.

Uninstall Photoshop, using the drop-down menu in the Creative Cloud app and reinstall Photoshop again.

Hello, did you change your hosts files? which creative cloud subscription do you have? do you have many files that need to be synchronized in Creative Cloud?

Hi,

 

Thanks a lot for the fast answer. No, I didn´t change the hosts. Should I?

I have the Photo Abo (Lightroom + Photoshop)

On the cloud I don´t have any pictures saved. I have everything in my local Harddisk.

 

If I just open Adobe Creative Cloud I don´t have any problem but if I open Photoshop I can not access Internet anymore...

Hello,

Yes, I can work with it but if I open it I loose the internet conexion on my Laptop and I have to restart.

I have windows 10
