Hola!  Rosetta is not needed anymore if you update to Ps 23.4, as videos now work in the native mode: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/whats-new/2022-3.html#other-enhancements

Go to the CC app, and update Photoshop!

Hi there,

Sorry about the trouble experienced with Photoshop. We're here to help.

Which version of photoshop and macOS are you using? What type of file are you trying to export?

Since when are you seeing this issue?

Try to run in Rosetta Mode, right-click on the PS icon in the Applications folder, select get info, and check "open in Rosetta mode."

To learn how to run Photoshop in Rosetta, see About Rosetta.

Let us know if it helps.

Regards,
