iPad Photoshop no touch shortcut button

Running on the latest iPad Pro, and there is no Touch Shortcut button that I can see, and no reference on how to turn it on (make it appear) anywhere online. It SEEMS as though the default is just "always on", which then becomes even more frustrating. I'm not a Photoshop newbie, but am just beginning on this iPad. Apologies in advance if this is a stupid question.

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
