ippcvm.dll missing

Question

hello,cant open my photoshop since yesterday it says missing file ippcvm.dll but im not realy shure how to fix this problem tryed to deinstall  and reinstall two times one without deleting own settings second with deleting own seconds but didnt help this dll he cant find yet...thanks for your help
