Is Adobe Support even availalble?

OK - I'm super frustrated... trying to solve for two issues.  The first problem is with my account.   And because I get an error message on my account which sends me in this endless loop which I can't resolve.  And since I have this account issue  I can't seem to find any chat functions for support (nor email)... and I've been on hold for 52 minutes so far.  Does ANY support exist for paid subscribers?

Please indicate your version of Photoshop and OS.

Please explain clearly the issue you're having – remember we are not mind readers!

Hi Derek -

 

Adobe Photoshop Version: 21.1.3 20200508.r.190 2020/05/08: 73760933ad5 x64

Operating System: Mac OS 10.15.5 

 

The issue is explained better in the image post... I can't seem to technical or account support at all.  I think this is related to the error message on my account.  When I try and update my account info I get the "Something Went Wrong" message.

Related to the first issue... I get an error message that my account is expired (which it is NOT... I have a prepaid card I used).   When I click on the link to update my card I get the error message below.
