Is it normal to have The OpenSSL Project & ICU Project files in the Photoshop program folder?

All ive done is install creative cloud and photoshop, just wanting to know if these kind of files are normal. I got a request from "LogTransport" that threw me off.

I don't know, that's why I'm asking. Have to learn somehow. I recently had a complication with my network and computer, so I'm just making certain. The companies "The SSL Project" and "The ICU Project" threw me off, so I was researching thema and I wasn't finding what I was looking for, so that's why I'm asking here.
