Yes, The Printer's Driver Software will offer a list of standard paper sizes [in Photoshops print window you'll select "Print settings" to get there, at the bottom of the sizes list, you should see 'custom', just make a custom size for 11x14, save it and that’s it.

    I hope this helps

Really the Raster Program / Printer Vendors should have been on thislong ago. However It is possible to rube goldberg a scaled down print on 11x14 print size. and with a little trial and error one will get the print they want (maybe). Here is the method I worked out with Photoshop, give it a try, sent your comments to are friends at Photoshop Tech.

Printing Photo’s / Photo Documents on 11x14 inkjet paper with Photoshop
    • Please note the 11x14 issue is common to many raster editing programs however the solution offered here will likely need to be modified as each programs Page Setup processes are different.

    Printer Setup

    1- File> Print> Quick Setup > Business document

    2- File> Print> Main>
A> Media Type / Paper Source
Choose proper selections from drop down boxes
    B> Print Quality
    Choose High or your choice
    C> Color Intensity
Choose Manual.... which provides slider controls for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Intensity and Contrast. There is also an Auto selection which may be appropriate for certain paper types.

3- Back out from Printer Settings to the main Printer Setup Window
    A> Scaled Print Size
Enter a percentage vale to reduce the image size on the page (where 100% =image covers entire page)
    B> Position & Size
Checking Center box will center image on page which does not work well for 11x14 in paper. An unchecked box allows for margin offsets either numerically via the height & width boxes or more easily visually with mouse moving image within paper rectangle

4- Go back to the Main Tab
    A> Save your page setup
I’m not sure if this only saves the Color / Brightness /Paper Type inFo or also includes Size / Scaling /Position info but at least it’s a start for the next 11x14 print

Why not? There is no limit for printing size actually in Photoshop. It is the property of your printer wheather it supports the size or not for printing

My printer supports a lot of different sizes, but 11X14 isn't listed.  Is there a way to set Photoshop up to print a size that isn't a standard size?

Aside from traditional photographic products, 11x14 is not a standard paper size. You can set up a custom paper in the Print Settings dialog to fit 11 x 14 paper. Keep in mind Photoshop has nothing to do with this, you will be setting up a custom paper size in the printer driver dialog. What printer are you using? Are you printing on "tabloid" size (11 x 17) paper? Or Super B (13 x 19) paper? You can just set the image size in Photoshop to 11 x 14 and print to either of those two sizes.

    edit:

    Wait a minute...

Is it possible to print on 11X14 inch photo paper?

You don't mean PHOTO photo paper?! Silver gelatin, light sensitive paper?

My printer is a Canon Pro 9000 Mark II.
