Is it possible to re-anchor or reset the horizon on a 360 image in Photoshop

Good Afternoon World!

I hope you're well. I did some 360 photos at the weekend and one of them I had the camera "out on a limb" somewhat. Effectively I was holding it at 90 degrees to the room as I was resting my extension pole on a balcony to get a cool overhead shot. The side effect of that is that the bottom / Nadir point of the image isn't where I'd like it to be.

In PS I can navigate, dolly etc the picture but not seeing any option to set anchor point or something to that effect.

Any ideas would be welcomed. Thanks in advance as always.

I had the same problem a while ago when the function was released in the new 2018 version of Photoshop. But at that time there where no solutions to fix the horizon (mine was a bit skewed). I'm almost sure there's still no solution, but maybe someone else has a creative idea to solve it
