Is Photoshop still down?

My Photoshop was working fine yesterday, but today keeps freezing and not responding. I see there was a major issue overnight (issue #202511200002), seems that it's still impacting some customers. I updated PS v 27.1 and v26.11.2, and both are still freezing. I'm on Windows 10.

@Karina33922078eyrq the issue you listed was the Photoshop API not the application. While there is a web version of Photoshop, you mentioned the desktop app versions. If you can go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info - copy and paste the report in a reply.

Just FYI, other Adobe apps (After Effects and Illustrator) are working
completely fine, it's only Photoshop that's non-responsive today.

Thank you for sharing your System Info! It appears that your drives are up to date; however, your GPU is approximately 8 years old, which is still powerful but not ideal for AI-intensive features in Photoshop.

Can you share what you're doing in Photoshop when Photoshop freezes? Does Photoshop crash at all? If so, have you submitted a crash report?

Photoshop is installed and running on your own machine. It's not an online tool, except for some optional functions that you don't need to use.

In other words, if Photoshop freezes it's a problem with your own machine. Please post the full Help > System Info from Photoshop.
