Is there a version of Photoshop that is more stable?

Thanks so much Brett. System report is below. You may be right about memory - I have 192G installed, and have an 8T internal SSD with about 1.5T available, but am working with 20-30G files. Crashes occur when I enter a number in the image size dialog box. I'll put in a number, usually 2500, for width in pixels. After I hit tab to get to next box, PS crashes.

I don't think I'm using another email. I'll try to screen capture the crash report dialog box next time it happens.

What can you tell us about the files you are working with other than they are PSB? How many layers?

What is the file size once it has been opened? 

Are you talking about the size next to the magnification size in the lower left-hand corner of the window? for the file I have open currently, it says Doc: 582/13.8G. They are files from a Fuji GFX100 or GFX50 roughly 11,000x9,000 pixels
