The question says it all. I could not find a means to do this.
Yes - I found how to draw an line with arrows.
I'm asking about existing lines.
Similarly, once a line with arrowheads is drawn - is there an easy way to change the arrowhead by editing the lenght, height and curvature.
Aren't these vector objects.
Frankly, I hoped it would be as easy as it is in Illustrator.

Photoshop’s vector capabilities are limited, yet curiously in a very few cases superior to Illustrator’s.
And the Line Tool is »ancient«, so you may want to avoid that altogether whenever possible and use Shape Layers with Stroke instead.
But those do not offer Arrowheads so far.
The Arrowheads the Line Tool creates are just parts of the Path and not separate from the »stroke« (or rather rectangle) of the »line«.

I have a script that can edit existing lines and arrowheads, but unfortunately, it only allows you to edit on the same type of line. I suppose it could be modified to change the type of line.
