Is there a way to export gradient and swatches in photoshop?

I have so many saved gradients and swatchs of photoshop in my laptop. I have just bought new laptop, and install new fresh photoshop. The problem is, how to export my saved gradients and swatches from old to the new photoshop?

I see there is just an 'import gradient...' menu on gradient panel. No 'export gradient..' there.

If the solution is just using creative cloud library, how to do that. There is no 'add to library..' in gradient panel.
