Is there a way to have the RGB slider and HSB slider open at the same time?

Is there a way to have the RGB slider and HSB slider open at the same time? In any version. I'm a painter and the RGB slider is good for large value shifts, and HSB is better for subtle temperature shifts. It is very difficult to switch between both when trying to maintain speed.  This is both a discussion and an idea for app improvement if not possible.

Could you keep the Color panel open to one color mode and use https://color.adobe.com/create/color-wheel set to another color mode to make color selections?

I want this feature too. Both CSP and SAI2 can do it. Photoshop requires a plugin.
