Is there a way to make TIFF files display with the native background color?

I'm wondering if there is a step I'm missing when creating these TIFF files? See how they look solid black? They really are just black text title plates with a transparent background. Is there a way for me to save them so that they will preview with the native background (in this case the normal white, like the PNG does?) These truly do have a transparent background. When you open them, and place them into a file, they look fine. But it's disconcerting to my clients. 🙂 I just wondered if I'm doing something wrong?

You should see as Save Transparency in the Tiff Options dialog box when saving. You'll need to Save as a Copy.
