There is a lots of free varsion [link removed] in the internet. A lots of people download those but those softower are not safe. Only official version is safe for students and others people.

No, there are no free versions of Photoshop. There is student pricing for the entire Creative Cloud or you can purchase the Photography plan (annual) for $9.99 per month. Some schools pay for it and provide it for their students.

One thing to remember is that the 9.99/month plan is a 1 year contract. There's an early termination fee if you want out.
