There are many features in Photoshop that offer compression.

You do need to choose the correct type of compression for the purpose. For example, if you want to store maximum quality for an archive, you usually want to use lossless compression in a format such as TIFF or PSD/PSB. If you’re exporting a copy for upload, then usually you want to use lossy compression in a format such as JPEG.

After you decide what kind of compression you need, you can export a compressed copy using commands such as:

File > Save a Copy

File > Export > Export As

File > Export > Save for Web (Legacy)

File > Export > Quick Export (if configured in advance)

If you need to compress many images at once, you can try:

File > Scripts > Image Processor

@Unbox3773383483kn there are various file types supported by Photoshop that have lossless and lossy compression.

While we can't help you with a data breach - that is up to you and the provider you choose, this guide will help you determine the best format to save your files to maximize compression without sacrificing quality.
