Is there any way to retrieve the rotation angle information of smart object using JSX script?

I need to retrieve rotation information changes of a smart object in a video animation using a script.

How can I do this?

Rotate value could be tricky if smart object has more deformation. E.g. shear or perspective.

Btw why not update to CC2018?
