Is there Photoshop CC 2017 Scripting guide?

I have found PS CC Scripting guides until 2015 (Adobe Photoshop Scripting | Adobe Developer Connection )

But where are a guide for PS CC 2017? Or after 2015 they didn't develop any new scripting features and we can use 2015 guide?

CC 2017 still uses CEP 7 as CC 2015.X (2015 uses CEP 6).
