isolated layer editing

I want to edit curve of layer with bomb, but I dont know how do this without editing the sky layer.

Or hold alt and click between the two layers.

 

Either way, you get an adjustment layer that is clipped to the underlying layer and only affects that layer.

Insert a adjustment layer (in your case a tone curve) above the "bomb" layer. Then click on the "clipping mask" icon.
