Isseues with low resolution in photoshop

Hello. I want to take a google image for example with the resolution 1920x1080 but when I enter it in photoshop it appears very small and pixelated. Why is this happening ?

I figured out how to use the picture with its original resolution. I don't have to take it from google, but from the site (source) where the picture comes from

You have the wrong concept of resolution. You are writing and Image Canvas sizes in pixels. Pixels have no sizes till you talk about resolution. Resolution is also a Print things for displays do not play in the resolution games. They use their manufactured size Pixels they can not change their Pixels size. Resolution is Pixels size the picture printed pixel density.

A image the has a canvas size 1920x1080 will print 6.4" by 3.6" at 300 pixels Per inch

And the picture will print 9.6" by 5.4" at 200 pixels per inch

and will print 19.2" x 10.8" ate a 100 pixel per inch print density.

The image size on a display depends on the display pixel density. On a 1K 1920x1080 15" display the diagonal image size will be 15" the same image will have a diagonal 55" size on a 55" 1K 1920x1080 HDTV
