Issue uninstalling Adobe Photoshop 2020

I see this message everytime I try to uninstall Adobe Photoshop. How can I fix this?

I tried installind Adobe Creative Cloud and uninstalling it directly from there but was unfortunate. I also tried the Adobe Cleaner Tool and didn't work.
