Issue with second monitor

I've tried to find a solution for my problem, but couldn't. 

As you can see on the screenshot, when I try to open a context menu, it goes to the second screen. 

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know how to edit a post, but just wanted to add that I've removed the settings folder from AppData, and that did NOT help 😞

@Mateusz28938880facr it's a known issue with Windows 11 and Adobe is aware of it

Thanks a lot. I've spent 2h on fixing it installing various of tools to manage multiscreen view.
