Issues on all softwares

Question

Hi guys.It s been two weeks since all my adobe softwares started bugging. At this time i did the Ventura mac OS update and all the updates of the adobe softwares.Since then I've got a grey screen as home page on PS, AE, Illustrator ... I can do some tricks to open some files by going in "recently open" in the top left of the screen yet i may not create a new file or even save !! I already uninstalled, installed another version but nothing works. I'm looking for a solution, so please heeeelp me &#128533;&#x1F615;

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:
Restore your preferences using this manual method:
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually
Does it work correctly?
If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
If it does solve the problem, I would like to get the folder of settings to try and figure out what is bad with them.
