Issues while switching between apps/windows in Stage Manager on macOS Ventura

While using stage manager workflow on iMac M1, I noticed that switching between apps becomes problem after opening PS. It is smooth to open up other windows like folders, safari, telegram, Zbrush, etc. but right after opening up PS, native Mac apps like safari, folders starts behave like a low frame rate animation. there is a video that I added to show the issue.

I have tried all solutions suggested on other topics like native canvas. so far no luck. Everything is up to date.

What version of Photoshop are you running?

I'm not certain that this workflow has been addressed yet in the latest 24.1.1 build.

Does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

I have tried those already. Even reinstalled photoshop and CC, as well as I did install it to a clean installed Mac OS. Nothing changed.

Thanks for the sysinfo @Clark.Kent it appears you may be runing into not enough RAM. It is recommended for Ps alone to have 8gb, then whatever else is needed for the OS. This might help explain it better:

Well thanks for the info. M1 chips are very efficent in RAM managment, actually I can open 3-4 500mb files at the same time while having Zbrush and a movie running at the same time as well without any slow down etc. Only slow down issue starts when the stage manager is active.
