jpeg200 ( .jp2 ok to open but crahes all PS on save to .jpf

I have .jp2 file that opens 
fine in most recent PS and beta 
but when I try to save the file - it always crashes 

( also PS 2020 crahes ) 
If i open Tiff file I can save it as .jpf ( with dialogbox regarding size etc ) 

OSX Ventua Mac studio MS with 128 GB RAM 

Any suggestions for plugin / extension for saving as .jp2 file ?

How big is the file in terms of pixel dimensions?

What about other .jp2 files?
