Jpg and arw-files only flickers white

Jpg and arw-files only flickers white and I can't see the actual picture. I haven't tested other file types. This problem started to occur in recent months. I can't say exact day.

 

I can see arw-file normally in "opening process window" but not anymore after it have been opened.

 

I removed Photoshop and reinstalled it. I updated graphics card driver. No help.

 

I can view photos and work normally in Lightroom Classic 12.2.1.

Go to Preferences > Technology Previews > Enable "Deactivate Native Canvas" > Restart Photoshop
