It means your GPU does not meet minimum requirements and Photoshop cannot use it. Some functions will not be available and some will be slow and inefficient. The Camera Raw module is among those that will not run.
This isn't something you can update; you'll need to purchase a newer and better GPU.
This isn't about DirectX 12 support, which just means it supports the APIs.
This is the DirectX Feature level, which is 11.0 for this GPU released in 2012. The feature level is what the GPU is actually and physically capable of.
Updating the driver won't help here.

But the strange thing is, I can still work with Ps and the RAW module does run so I don't get it... 😞
It's still Feature Level 11.0, it won't work.
We shouldn't lead @JenV68 down a blind alley. She needs a newer and different GPU, one that supports feature level 12.0 or above.
If you want to be reasonably future-proof, but not spend too much money, an RTX 4050 or 4060 should work well.
