Ich bekomme, wenn ich Photoshop öffnen will (habe ein Abo) die Meldung: Deine Adobe-Seriennummer ist abgelaufen oder ungültig. Mein Abo ist bezahlt. Ich habe irgendwo gelesen, dass die Mindestanforderung ans System 10.15 ist - ich habe Sierra 10.12.8 und bin auf dem neuesten Stand. Was kann ich tun?

Ich hatte diese Frage bereits vor Wochen gestellt, aber keine Antwort bekommen...

What exact version of Photoshop are you trying to open, the Creative Cloud versions do not require a serial number, also the most recent version requires macOS Catalina (version 10.15) or later.

Edit: the last version of Photoshop compatible with macOS version 10.12 (Sierra) was 2019

Thanks for your answer - this is what I had feared. I have a subscription of Photoshop, so would have the current version.

What can I do to use? I'm paying for it every month...

Is it possible to update from 10.12 to 10.15? The system tells me there are no updates.
