If you are like me = have Webex installed but not sure what shortcut is being disabled or where to look, it is "Switch between floating windows" (for me at least). Located in File > Open keyboard shortcut search.

OMG! Thank you for sharing it was Dag Gum WebEx that was over riding the short cut! I never ever would have thought about that! I have been dealing with this for over a year!

That's it!!! It was Webex all along! Good grief. The one place I never thought to look… Problem solved.

I noticed the shortcut started working again randomly, but we just got rid of Webex at work so it makes sense! ha.

This happened to me. For me it was the Webex app stealing the keyboard shortcut. Disabled it in Webex and now Cmd-opt-shift-S is working again!

I have this issue too. Happened for me when I updated to latest Photoshop (24.5.0). I tried editing the keynoard shortcuts and have currently switched to Apple Alt Shift D, which works fine. When you change it to Appe Alt Shift S, though, nothing happens (the edit shortcuts won;t even register the S key), so it's as though the S key is being ignored/overridden. (Could also be Ventura 13.4, as Ventura & Adobe don't seem to terribly happy together…)

Same here. I checked Keyboard Shortcuts and it's set correctly, but still doesn't work. It simply doesn't do anything. Using Monterey 12.6.6  and Photoshop 24.5.0.
