Keyboard shortcut weirdness

I have two issues regarding keyboard behaviour. (Mac).

1. The CTRL and shift key aren't doing what they normally are meant to do when I want to switch quickly between blend modes in the frame. IE bring the list up live on the image.

2. Also transforming a layer, the anchoring and all sides transforming isn't behaving either, so when I hold down shift and alt keys it doesn't stay locked and transform on all equal sides.

Has anyone experienced this and if so, what did you do to remedy it?

    Thanks Barb,

Im using Photoshop CC (latest version) that link was to CS6. Haven't properly looked thru it yet (if it's the same still) but thought I should write and let you know, just in case... : )

I should have noted that, but yes, still work your way through the list. We have found that a lot of time it's browsers and browser extensions causing the issues, so start with a system reboot and only open up Photoshop, and try again. Then open a browser and let us know.
