Keyboard Shortcuts not working

Hello, it's about a week now that some shortcuts are not working, I would say they behave weirdly. I will explain: It's actually two of them that are not working.

1:New Layer CTRL ALT N, when I press this shortcut k it will load Batch instead. Strange thing is that in the Keyboard and Shortcuts Menus it is written CTRL ALT N as it shows in the screenshots

2: When I want to use Fill Shift + F5 nothing Happens. Still in the Keyboard and Shortcuts Menus it is written Shift + F5.

I've uninstalled photoshop and then install it again but nothing has changed.

I'm on Windows and Photoshop is updated to latest versions.
Any Help?

Kindly

Try resetting your Photoshop preferences. Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (macOS) immediately after launching Photoshop. You will be prompted to delete the current settings. You can also reset preferences upon a quit if Photoshop is running by going into General Preferences>General>Reset on Quit.

Better?

Have another keyboard you might try?
