Keylight functionality in Photoshop (chroma key)

Hello friends!

I'm trying to come up with a better chroma key workflow in Photoshop. Exporting an image and using AE's Keylight is leaps and bounds above anything baked into Photoshop.

Any tips / tricks you've come across to help chroma key effectively in Photoshop?

Still working on this. As you can see, if I export a single frame to AE and use Keylight, I get 1-click masking and it is marvelous. I can't replicate that in PhotoShop...kinda mind-blowing, actually.

What I had to do to make this much progress was to copy the image and boost the greens way up before selecting and then use that to create a mask back on the main image. Still not epic.

Yes, Photoshop needs to move some Key light filters over from video editing programs.
