Keystroke Error

I just updated Photoshop and now for some reason, keystroke shortcuts are not working and instead pops up this message:

Aside from this, it also pops up in other actions like simply going to Help\System Info in Photoshop. Has anyone encountered this before and knows what to do?

I'm using:

Photoshop: release 22.3.0

Windows Enterprise 19042.867

Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2620 v4 @ 2.10GHz 2.10 GHz (2 processors)

64 GB Ram

64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

NVIDIA Quadro M2000
