Kopierstempel / copy stamp

Hello, I would like to insert on a layer, these snowflakes as copy stamps. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. What am I doing wrong. Color is selected white so that it is also clearly visible on the dark plains and the layer on which I want it - is selected... . Do you have an idea?

Hallo, ich möchte auf einer Ebene, diese Schneeflocken als Kopierstempel einfügen. Leider funktioniert es nicht. Was mache ich falsch. Farbe ist weiß ausgewählt, damit es auch auf der dunklen Ebenen gut sichtbar ist und die Ebene auf der ich es haben will - ist ausgewählt... . Habt ihr eine Idee?
