How does it look if you view the image at 100% (actual pixels)?

Go to View>100%

Holà, Jeff is right: if the cropped image is now floating on a layer, and you are not viewing it at 100%, you may just see an artefact, it will not be visible if you print, or save (like the first image0, and should disappear as well if you flatten the image)

Holà, you can reset them from the Edit>Preferences>General menu

Or, you need to hold the CTRL+ALT+SHIFT immediately after clicking the Ps icon to start it.

Hi @josantgomez curious if you see this on ALL images or just this one?

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Restore your preferences using this manual method:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually

Does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

Thank you,

Cory

You are very welcome! I usually recommend to use the manual method of moving the preferences out of their folder, in order to be able to revert the process.

Gracias
