La nueva versión no me abre los Raw

Question

Con la última actualización de Photoshop, ya no puedo pasar los archivos RAW del Camera Raw al Photoshop.

Al abrir se queda la pantalla intermintente con blanco y negro pero no se ve la foto. Solo se ve en la miniatura del historial.

Lo he desinstalado y vuelto a instalar pero no se arregla el problema y no hay un centro de atención al usuario (al que ha pagado ese producto).

Did you restart Photoshop after making the change, if your still having the issue try enabling this option, again restart Photoshop, if neither of them work, can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info, hit the copy button and paste the entire thing into this thread

@jip_photos go to Edit > Preferences > Technology Previews and enable this option, then restart Photoshop
