Could someone please help fix this annoying bug? It's incredibly frustrating. I'm using an M3 Pro MacBook with macOS Sonoma.
I'm running Photoshop 25.4.0 (and I've tried downgrading, but it hasn't helped) and a Wacom Intuos Pro S tablet. The problem seems to be with the Wacom driver because when I use the trackpad, there's no lag when switching from Photoshop to another window. However, with the Wacom tablet, there's a second delay, and the cursor freezes for a moment.
This issue didn't occur with macOS Ventura, but unfortunately, I'm unable to downgrade my M3 MacBook to the older OS.
I am using latest drivers and latest version of Photoshop.

I found the solution for this issue, at least for now. I'm on a MacBook Pro M3 Max with Sonoma 14.3.1: Just install an older wacom driver. For me Wacom Driver 6.4.3-2 is the one that solved that annoying bug. First you have to uninstall the driver completely. Hope it helps.

Just downgrade the driver, it didn't help unfortunately.
