Language problem with my Photoshop - cannot change from French to English

Hi,

 

I have a language problem with my Photoshop (any versions). The menus in Photoshop are in French. I want to work in Photoshop in English not in French. I believe I did all the right procedures to ensure that Photoshop works in English but the problem remains.

 

Here is some background information. I recently purchased a used PC with a French version of Windows 11. In order to change the Windows 11 to English, I went to the control panel under the “Time & language” menu and I have selected “English (United States)” as the language. As for the Country, I have selected “Canada” and for the region to “English (Canada). Now my Windows 11 is in English. My Adobe Creative Cloud Account was set to English (United States). Then I have logged out and logged in again to ensure the setting was effective. Unfortunately, the default language on my Photoshop interface is still set at French (français) only with no other choice of language available....French only. I have uninstalled Photoshop and reinstalled several times but I keep getting a French Photoshop with no possible way to change the language in the "Preferences" menu. Anything else I need to do to get an English version of Photoshop ? I tried all suggestions available on the internet but the problem remains.

I have tried your suggestion and have changed the Cloud desktop app preferences from French to English. Then I have uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop. The good news is that it is now working ! Problem solved. Thank you for your help. 🙂
