Laptop capability

I would generally not recommend any laptop for Photoshop. Even if it has a high-end GPU that is capable of executing all the new AI-powered functions in Photoshop, in effect a Nvidia RTX3060 or higher, all of them now seem to come with dual GPUs. That in itself is potentially a problem, because the integrated GPU tends to interfere and conflict. Be prepared to find a way to disable the integrated GPU entirely.

Also important is internal storage space for the Photoshop scratch disk. You will need anywhere up to 500 GB free space just for the scratch disk, even more if you work with big files. That means a 1TB system drive will just be enough for OS, applications and the scratch disk. Then you need to store all your images elsewhere, perhaps on an external drive dangling off  the end of a flimsy USB cable.

If you do decide on a laptop, do thorough research first. You can't post-configure it later.

If you plan to purchase that laptop look somewhere else is my recommendation.
