laptop to iPad cloud documents not syncing

hi, since updating to the 2021 version of photoshop on my laptop, my cloud documents no longer sync from my laptop to my ipad. Is there any way to fix this so that i am able to view what i have edited on my laptop and saved to cloud documents once more. thanks!

The first thing to check is that you are signed in with the same account on both your laptop and iPad. Try signing out of Creative Cloud, quit, relaunch, and sign back in again.

i have done that and it hasnt worked. any other ideas?
