lasso and patch tool work very slowly

I have problem with patch tool and lasso tool, they freeze a second or two and work very slowly. I tried almost everything, but problem still persist.  First month of usage of this program worked well but now this problem occured. I tried to manipulate with performance and added a scratch disc. Restarting, Uninstalling, deleating all adobe program and reinstallation didnt helped. If someone knows how to fix it , please help.
