Lasso Tool acting strange with Wacom Tablet - Photoshop 2019

I have a Wacom MobileStudio Pro running Windows 10.

With Photoshop 2019... I notice some issues when using my Wacom Stylus.  When I select an area and then want to add or delete part of the selection... I could always choose the Lasso toll and then with Shift or Alt, I could easily work to get the selected area just the way I want it to be.

However, when using men Stylus it seems to not want to work properly as it has in the past with Photoshop 2018 and older versions. It either does not select or moves the dotted lines of the selection over a few mm.

But when I use the mouse it works fine.

Anyone else using a Wacom device notice this or have a solution?
