Hello everyone, I've installed the new update (21.0.3) today and the app crashes as soon as it completely loads and shows me the workspace. It does that too if I direclty open a PSD. I'm on Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit

I have the same issue. A few days after I updated my Photoshop to the latest version (21.0.3), it quits or crashes after opening a file. The Adobe support was supposed to access my laptop via their support session, but when i downloaded their app, it won't mount or install in my laptop. 😞 He then gave instructions through chat, asked me to downgrade my Photoshop then it worked fine. So the Adobe support guy asked me to check with Apple support because there might be some errors in my OS Catalina. But when Apple support did their cheir on my laptop, they didn't find anything wrong with the unit. 😞 So i finally decided to just downgrade my Photoshop in the mean time while I finished my work, then maybe downgrade my OS to Mojave after. 😞

I'm having a related problem. Ever since I updated to Photoshop CC 21.0.3 it crashes when I click on print. I deleted and reinstalled PS, then reverted to the previous version and finally reset all preferences. When I reopen (whether I've changed settings or not),  I can usually print once or twice and then it crashes.

It doesn't even open the print dialogue menu but could it neverthless be caused by a printer driver? I use an Epson C53040 (XP 15000) with Photoshop but also have a Brother laser printer.

Photoshop 21.3.0 is crashing every time I try to open NEW document. Nothing fixes this issue.

In my case, exactly when it was closing, in the event viewer I saw the following error "The description for Event ID 1 from source NVIDIA OpenGL Driver cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer."

So I installed the latest NVIDIA drivers and looks like the problem is fixed

Same issues. Photoshop 21.0.3 closes after a few minutes even if I am not using it.

The same, so I chatted with assistance and the problem is solved. In remote
they uninstalled some preferences and disabled GPU because of Catalina is
not ready to support it. Now it works!

I know you probably know ,but you need to do a reinstall and clear the preferences.
