Latest version of Photoshop

Hello, I downloaded the latest version yesterday. Have a bit of an issue with it recognising the video card. I cant get the open GL to open to check, simply wont recognise.   Attached two screen shots, first is last version and screen shot 2 latest version. Any ideas? this is no good to me as I cant use rotate and also zoom with cursor.
