Launch Photoshop gets a white screen even image seems correctly loaded

Hello,

Whatever the image i load on photoshop, I get a white screen as result of display of any image.

scenario.

launching photoshop. I can play with the menus.

creating a brand ne image : gets a white diaply window

attempt to create anything in it. no way. still white.

OR 

loading a .psd file . I get on right side all informations.  But display window (for that image) is white.

 

I have followed the https://helpx.adobe.com/fr/creative-cloud/kb/fix-blank-white-screen-sign-in.html    recommandations. Launched again Photoshop. Asked me Login + Password.

Problem is still there.

Hi Kevin. Thanks for your prompt reply.
My interface is in french and I attempted to download photoshop in english, but dot not work yet.
I'v looked for : Photoshop Preferences/Technology Preview and check “Disable Native Canvas”.
Nothing looks like that in french. Please look at attached picture.
Can you please write me more about the exact Location of that menu item ?

It is the third option on the list that you show. English : Deactivate Native Canvas - French : Desactiver la zon travail native

Fantastic. It works fine. Thank you so much guys!!!
I now wonder how and why this option was desactivated.
(for your information, I just had reinstalled windows on an other computer where PD was already installed. Then I had to reinstall Photoshop too. It looks there has been a strange consequence to the setup of that computer.)
