layer mask.

Hi,

How do i reset my layer mask propities.

When I double click on the mask I get the second image which doesnt have a density slider. 

When I watch turtorials they show a more simpeler window (First image) with the density slider and feather slider.

I cant seem to find this window. Im using the latest CC update.
