Layer Opacity shortcut with move tool on no longer works in version 25.1.0

I have always changed the opacity of a layer by using keyboard shortcuts of typing the desired opacity value with the Move tool (v) open. That no longer works Version 25.1.0.

    Adobe Photoshop version 25.1.0, when used on Windows 11, functions as anticipated. This is not just limited to when the Move tool is selected, but also extends to other tools such as the Lasso tool, Hand tool, and more. Essentially, this applies to any tool that does not utilize a brush and do not have Opacity in the Options bar.
