Layer withing group dragging instead of dragging group

Hi there,

I have a group set of 3 layers. Each time I try to drag the group containing the 3  layers, it selects which ever layer I click on rather than moving the group. Am I doing some thing wrong here? All I'm doing is selecting the group from the layers panel and then then dragging an item within that group on the canvas.

Any ideas? Do I have a setting incorrectly set up?
