Layers not showing in document

Hello, a strange issue has occured today whereby I've duplicated a group from another document and while it shows up in the layer panel I can't see it in my document. It does the same when I've tried to duplicate individual layers and the problem is the same when I've tried it with other documents. I'm not that experienced on PS so no doubt it's something obvious but I'd appreciate any advice. The first screenshot shows the duplicated layers as not showing in the document, the second shows the original layers as showing up fine...

Correct answer jazz-y

Scale percents on screenshots show that the documents have different sizes. The document from which you are copying layers is much larger than the target document - objects within the group fall outside the boundaries of the document.

Either make the documents the same size, or after pasting, transform the entire group by reducing its size.

It would help to see a screenshot with the group selected, so that we can see if the opacity or fill is not at 100%.

Thanks. I've attached another screenshot so you can see the opacity and fill settings for the  'social media' group - but I can't see them in the main document (ignore group 1 as I've just created new layers.).

To check Jazz-y suggestion, select a text layer and press ctrl/cmd-t to do a transform, this will show you where the layer actually is, by the transform handles. If they don't show, press ctrl/and-0. This will zoom out and show where the transform is.

Great, thank you. Jazz-y suggestion was right but I was trying to work out how to make the transfer handles appear, so that's useful.
